SMS Opt-In & Consent

How Daxoom collects SMS consent and what messages we send.

Daxoom is a product of Citroot LLC. This page describes exactly how a business owner opts in to text messages from Daxoom, what those messages are, and how to stop them. It documents the consent flow for our messaging program.

What messages we send

The only SMS Daxoom sends is a one-time verification code, used to confirm that you control the mobile number you provide at signup. This is account-verification (2FA-style) messaging only. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Example message:

Your Daxoom verification code is 123456. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

How you opt in

Opt-in is user-initiated and specific to text messages — it is separate from email, and providing a phone number is optional. You opt in by providing your own mobile number at signup and requesting a verification code by SMS:

  1. Open app.daxoom.com and choose Get Started.
  2. Enter your name and email, and — optionally — your mobile number. The SMS consent disclosure below is shown once you enter a mobile number.
  3. Submit the form — providing a mobile number and continuing is your opt-in. Daxoom then sends one verification code by SMS to the number you provided.
  4. Enter the code to verify your mobile number.

Providing a mobile number is optional — email verification (and Google sign-in) are always available instead — so SMS consent is never required to use Daxoom.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or use of the Service, and this SMS opt-in is specific to text messages — it is not bundled with email or any other consent.

Message frequency varies and is tied to your own actions — typically one verification code per signup or sign-in attempt. Standard message and data rates may apply.
